I am using Loadrunner 12.5 version and citrix version 7.5.we installed Loadrunner and citrix are in different systems.
Now we have recorded script with citrix protocol . but rerun the script we are facing bitmap synchronize problem. At time of bitmap synchronize problem one popup will come and press the continue the script is working fine. So my query is any option is there for removing bitmap synchronize problem at rerun the script.

Homepage--> Login --> dashboard-->logoff-->homepage 2-->login 2--> dashboard 2 --> Logoff 2
This all is single iteration , this is just to check response time impact of cache.
however truclient script is failing at dashboard 2 with some 500 technical error while manually its working well.
any guess why this is happeneing ? anything to be taken care to make it working

I have installed Loadrunner in windows system, and application was installed in Linux servers(App and db).so we need the test with Loadrunner for application but we are not able to connect load generators for Linux servers.so please let me know how to connect and configure load generators in Linux servers(App and db).

I want to record one website, in which i have to perform some particular task.
during the flow one dynamic winodw comes where i have to enter some data and save it and proceed with the task.
i have recorded the script but it didn't record the dynamic window task.
can you please tell me how to handle that dynamic window?

i recorded vaadin appication script using truclient protacal,hou to parametarization and correlation for this,please help on this.
Note1 :we are using trail vesrsion of 12..01.00 loadrunner.

I am using Controller 11.5 and have dotnet scripts.
Scripts are working fine in Vugen but observing the following Error message in Controller.
"Exception was raised when calling per-thread-terminate function in extension DotnetExtensionReplay.dll: System Exceptions: Uknown"
I dont have dedicated LG ( using system next to me as LG)

I am using ajax truclient protocol for firefox to script a scenario. At a particular step, firefox displays a message that says the following connection is untrusted. I need to expand the tab "I understand the risks", click on "Add Exception", which opens a popup on which I need to click on "Confirm Security Exception" to move forward. I need to do this manually every time the script replays. There is an option named "Permanently Store this Exception" but it is greyed out. All the steps till clicking on "Add Exception" can be automated, but truclient is not able to recognize the popup that opens up, hence I need to do the last step manually. Is there a workaround for this issue? I have attached a screenshot for reference.
Expected: I am trying to record a widget which has target=iframe
Actual: No script generated and Design studio displays "No correlation occurances were found. Check that scans were enabled in the recording option"
Steps used to record:
-> Created empty script selecting "Web-HTTP/HTML" in Single Protocol
-> Selected WinlNet level data from Network->Mapping and Filtering (Default option "Socket level data" did not load my widget)
-> Started recording selecting URL and browser

We are doing Load test for a POS (Point of Sale) application through Simulator.
Now the POS application and the Simulator, supports only single ePOS instance, meaning it does not support multiple instances or the connectivity.
If this is the case, how do run for multiple Virtual users in the simulator. Also if we have 10,000 POS machines across all together, what is the maximum users using which we can do the load test.
Also,We tried to run with 15 Virtual users, but only 2 to 3 users were running and we dont see any error logs.
How can we do load testing for this and if anyone has any experience in load testing for POS application, please share the approach.

Is there any way in AJAX TruClient to wait as long as a particular object is visible on screen, and then move on to the next step? Please do keep in mind that I am not talking about wait for object, which will wait until an object is visible.
