Terminal Services Issue
Hi,
We are trying to use the Terminal Services’s LoadRunner functionality in order to avoid the limit GDI objects per Windows session in protocol SAPGUI. We have two types of servers; one of them is from which we execute the Controller Scenario, and the rest of them are injectors’ servers, which really execute the load against SAP ERP.
When we try to use Terminal Services from appropriate window tab in LoadRunner Controller, we select “Enable Terminal Services Manager”, number of terminals e.g. 2 and create new terminal services sessions.
We have activated checkbox “Enable Terminal Services” out of LoadRunner Controller in “Agent Configuration” too, and ran agent as a process. Once here, we press “Ok” to launch terminal services, and RDP is launched to start the connection with the injector server, but the following error message is shown:
“The initial application you are trying to open is currently unavailable. Contact your administrator to confirm that the correct settings are in place for your client connection.”
Note that we have administrator rights and else, so we don’t know why we can’t start the Terminal Services.
OS Revision: Windows 2008 R2
Product Version: 12.53

Unable to record mobile protocol using 12.50V Vugen
we are trying to record a mobile application using HP-load runner. And getting below error messages.
Can you please suggest here.
Steps followed for mobile recording:-
- Installed proxy.cer on both laptop and device
- Configured same WI-FI on both laptop and device
- Configured WI-FI IP address to device

How to download and upload the file in loadrunner.
Hi Team,
I have requiremnet to download a file and upload the same file in my script. Currently i am not able to download file and save the file locally.
When i tried checking by adding below function, to check the file is being downloaded or not. Below ducntion does shows the data is being downloaded. I want to save the file and upload in next step.
i = web_get_int_property( HTTP_INFO_DOWNLOAD_SIZE );
I have checked the reponse body of download function, the data or the file content is not available.

Hp load runner-testing a Excel sheet
I am testing a Excel sheet which has Macros embedded(created using VB Scripts) that connect to a SQL Server database and retrieve and add some data. I have tried recording the script using various protocols ,but no steps are recorded, I am using Load runner 12 and the Excel version is MS Excel 2016. Please let me know if possible how to record scripts with excel files and what protocol is needed.

Pro and Cons of using JMETER or LoadRunner/VuGen for Performance Testing Applications
Lately there's a push from development team for them to use the Jmeter tool to do load testing on their application and not going through QA team which uses HP VuGen/LoadRunner to develop the scripts and execute it in Performance Center.
Can anyone give the benefits of using HP VuGen/LoadRunner versus Jmeter?

Error -205177: Reference Error - Undefined Variable.
Hello Experts,
I am working on TruClientIE protocol version 12.02. Am capturing visible text from the application screen using "Evaludate JS on Object" funtion.
Steps to Capture Visible Text
1. Drag out “Evaluate JS on Object” from the Toolbox
2. Click on “ Click on Choose an object” and highlight the object wanted
3. In the “Step” drop down tab of the step, change the Action from “Evaluate JavaScript” to “Get Property
4. In the “Argument” section of the step, In the property box select “Visible Text” and in the Variable box type: “VisibleText”
Now to validate above, I am using “Evaluate JavaScript”, with code window.alert(VisibleText);
But getting below error message on above validation steps
Evaluate JavaScript Code window.alert"VisibleText"; failed - exception occured: ReferenceError "VisibleText" undefined
Why “VisibleText” is undefined? How and where to define it ?

I am getting an error "Your connection is not private".
I tried several options to search the latest bbhook.dll on google. But, I could not find the latest dll.

Chrome Version - 58

Capturing the User Experience as a separate response time
Hello
So, one of the things that comes up frequently with our customers is the disconnect between what a real user actually perceives to experience and the 'truth' of the absolute response time.
For example; a site has a page that pulls data from several databases hosted on different servers and displays selective information on the screen according to the call's rules (stored procedures and the like)
1. I report that the response time is 10 seconds
2. The business argue that they are doing it right there and then manually and can see the page in 3 seconds
3. Big loud conversation is had
We want to get away from the big loud conversation and, while education is good to a certain degree, the BU still like to gauge things based on 'User Experience'. This of course is a bit of a dumb term, it should really be called 'User Perception', as just because they can 'see' the page it doesn't mean everything on that page is fully functional. All the user input fields and so on. But by the time they actually start work on the page chances are everything has loaded up hunky dory.
I can write custom code to capture individual components on the page, but I think this will add weight to the script and distort the results.

Coorelation in Load Runner
Hi,
How to use a correlated value in another correlation within the same request.
I have a tag which has two dynamic values. After correlating the first dynamic value (Say A), how can I use A to correlate another value (Now A has become the left boundary for this dynamic value) within the same request. As the first value changes the second value changes acc to it.
eg: abc=012_(Dynamic value 1)_xyz_"(Dynamic value 2)"_rst;
Both the values are of different length for every request.
