504 gate way error while recording and playback
Hi i am recording a script in a https application. Until login the script is generating later the https is chaning to http and displaying 504 gateway timeout error.
I am using loadrunner 12.01.
And i have selected different capture levels and checked "Enble auto-detection of SOCKETbased communication" option.
Still i am getting the same issue. Please let me know the solution ASAP.

HP Loadrunner Mobile App- Encountered message "File not found! Probably not generated successfully"
Hello All,
i have started using HP LoadRunner Mobile App in Nook (Which has Android 4.4.x and super user access has been provided) but after recording when I try to export its displaying message as "File not found! Probably not generated successfully”.
Can anyone please help me in resolving this

Loadrunner Citrix Issue
We are facing some issue, with LoadRunner citrix scripting,
I understand that Citrix is a UI level protocol and while recording the script, it saves the application snapshots *.png inside the data folder of the script :- data\Snapshots\
Also it saves the bitmap information at data\sync_bitmaps\
Basically, this information is used to modify the script or handle the replay issues. we are unable to see *.png and bitmap information saved for the scripts we are recording.
However after recording the script, we could see that sync_bitmap folder is blank and Snapshots folder do not have .png files in it.
if I try to replay this script it gives error like

when we parameterise the fileds in the script .Eg; when we are scheduling appointment for the patient.
When we parameterise the scheduling for date and time for 10 users.Can we see the scheduled time in the real application for all the 10 users

Recording scripts w/ Google Chrome
I am trying to testing a website that was developed mainly for Chrome. I am able to record the site in IE and I can access the site using my Chrome browser. However, when I try to record in Chrome, the page does not load. It the recording steps are incremented, but the page won't load.. it times out. And it does this for all site I try to record in Chrome. I get the Page(s) Unresponsive window. Even happen if I try to start at yahoo.com.
Can anyone assist me in getting about this error?

LR 12.01 - TruClient Ajax IE - Parameterize array of arrays
Hi,
We have a test case where the test parameters have "one-to-many" relationship. e.g. One employer has many billing locations & a billing location has many transactions. We want to test steps iteratively (within Action section) for few employers, and loop through respective billing locations & transactions. I tried XML parameter type, but it will only let you specify values for Leaf nodes (transactions in this case).
I would appreciate if you can suggest a way to parameterize this for TruClient Ajax IE.

No Data Available in Web Page Diagnostic Graphs - LR 11.52
Hi,
We are facing a very unusual issue. After every execution we do; we are not able to get Web page Diagnostics graph in Load runner analyzer. But this issue is happening with only one specific machine.
When we try executing in some other machines we are getting proper graphs for Web page diagnostics.
We did check the Tools -> Options for both the controllers and didnt find any difference in the settings.
Also find attached the snapshot of Analyzer.
Are any specific settings required for getting web page diagnostics graph?

TruClient Ajax IE - Evaluate Javascript for GWT component
I have a grid which is a GWT component. I want to find row index of the cell with certain value in the grid. However, document.getElementById('Id') returns null. I tried other methods on document object, but no help. I can get other non-GWT elements on the same page this way however. Appreciate if anyone can share their experience. I am using Load Runner 12.01.

TIF document issue while replay the scirpt

How to handle the PKI certificates in TruClient- IE script for Web application in LR12?
Hi,
We want to use the TruClient IE Protocol for performance testing of our web application. We use PKI certificate for accessing the application. Right now we are using Traditional Web protocol for scripting in which we are using web_set_certificate() method to use the certificate & we have add the .pem certificate file to the script folder.
We have LR12 version & IE11 with us. When we are trying to record the application with TruClient IE protocol, nothing is getting recorded for selecting the certificate (To access the application we import the .p12 certificate file in the IE browser). So we don't have any idea how to use these scripts in PC for execution. Can we add any function/method to handle this certificates in TruClient Scripts?
Could you please let us know how to handle the PKI certificates in TruClient- IE script?

Whether TruClient-IE Scripts Recorded with IE11 will work on LG having lower IE version(IE9/10) ?

We have TruClient-IE Scripts recorded using IE 11. Suppose the LG's we are going to use for test execution, has IE9/10 installed on it. In this condition, whether our scripts will work during execution or is it necessary to have same IE version installed on LG with which we have recorded the scripts?

ctrx_get_server_name returning blank
Hi,
We are running LR 11.52 on a Citrix environment (Citrix receiver agent ver 13.4.200.11) and want to capture the Citrix Server name the user logs-onto, into scripts already proven and running without issue.
To do this, we coded the Ctrx_Get_Server_Name function into the script, however, when run the function returns a blank value rather than the expected Citrix server name. Any assistance / guidance on either how to get this function to work, or an alternative way to capture the server name, would be much appreciated.
It should be noted the LR Citrix Server agent is not installed.
