I am getting an error of -26547: Authentication required, please use web_set_user, e.g. web_set_user("domain\\user", "password", "host:port");
First, why am I getting this?
Second, what am I supposed to login with?
Third, how can I find what the host and port are?
Can I avoid this error?

I am getting error as "Failed to connect to proxy xxx.com:443 - connect() failed (iErrorCode: [10060] Connection timed out). Retrying with next proxy " for the Webservice protocol. and it says Error -27722: Resolve/connect failed for the following proxies specified in the automatic configuration script: "DIRECT".

Can someone explain the high-level overview of what "mmdrv.exe" does along with its low-level workings?
Also, why does "mmdrv.exe" continue running even after we exit LoadRunner? Is this a "design" bug with LR?

We are experiencing a peculiar issue with increased CPU utilisation at present and would appreciate any suggestions / guidance on how to resolve it.
The issue is we are seeing the winlogon.exe process continuing to utilise 1 - 3% CPU after login has completed, for each Citrix login via LoadRunner - for users manually logged-in this doesn't happen. The oddity is that the Citrix servers run on a mixture of ESX v4 and ESX v5.1 hosts - same Citrix image on both, however only the servers on ESX v5.1 exhibit the issue.
We have been discussing with Citrix the cause and below is a summary from that (although it's not certain this is root cause):
Traces have identified the client is requesting the TWI service by using the outputMode Flag a certain amount of CPU will have to be consumed to do the window monitoring even with AA hook enabled. Loadrunner seems to use the ICO .net API. So somewhere in the script used I suspect that there is a line of code:
$ICA.OutputMode = [WFICALib.OutputMode]::OutputModeNormal
# Valid OutputModes: OutputModeNonHeadless, OutputModeNormal, OutputModeRenderless,
If any of the above are set this means that outputMode=1.
Is there any way we can configure Loadrunner to set OutputMode to 0 or remove the flag completely.

I'm trying to record a Flex application (Not web based) and for some reason VuGen not launching the application when i hit record.
It worked for me when i first installed LR 11.52 and suddenly it stop work.
I can see the application in Task Manager but it stays in the background.
Please advise.

We are getting error message as 'NS_BINDING_ABORTED, Component Breakdown' in BPM9.13.
As we genereated the script using LR11.03 and the Protocol is Ajax True Client - Firefox.
So it is running fine in VuGen, but when we upload the script in BPM and test for performance we are getting this message.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

I'm a newer user of Vugen and have a situation where during recording, Drupal applications are rendered differently than what is captured for the replay report. While recording and during replay if "Show run-time viewer during replay" is checked, the web application displays the navigation vertically (almost as if it is rendering the web application on a mobile device). The replay report shows the navigation, as it normally appears, with a horizontal navigation bar.
I am using LoadRunner 11.52 (Vuser Generator 11.52.0.0) with Windows 7 Professional (version 6.1.7601 service pack 1 Build 7601) on a 486-based PC.
Any guidance that can be provided is appreciated.

Need to Zoom to a particular place on maps and than place netwrok elments like equipment, fibers etc than using drawing tool and connect them.

We have recorded the script in LR 12.02 using multi protocol Http/Html and Citrix ICA. so while recording the script the Http/Html events were recorded but Citrix events were not generated. We are using Citrix Receiver 14.1 and Xen App Version. – Xendesktop 7.1 . Operating system is Windows7 32 bit version.
We have disabled the UAC and DEP, even then it's events were not generating. So could you please let me know how to resolve the issue.

We currently have a Windows 7 machine installed with QTP11. Now, we are planning to install Load Runner12 on the same machine. I have come across many discussions where Load Runner is not compatible with some versions of QTP.
Please advice if i can install Load Runner12 on the machine which already has QTP11.
