I am facing an issue, the details are below.
When I search clients on normal IE browser (version 10.0.9), the search functionality works fine, but when I run my True Clinet IE script, the TC browser is not able to search the clients at all. (LR version 12.02).
Search functionality : There a serarch box in my AUT, where I can search clients and I can proceed for further actions.
I created a performance scenario with 5 scripts.
All of those run without issues in VUGen.
However, recently we are unable to execute the scenario in Performance Center.
It fails while initializing the script at downloading the scripts step .....
While the QC log says the below message which doesnt give us any clue...

I have written using System.Data.SqlClient; at the beginning of script .
but on compiling I get this error" The type or namespace name 'Data' does not exist in the namespace 'System' (are you missing an assembly reference?)".
How to resolve this.

I am Recording application from Mobile device using LR 12.02 on Mobile HTML protocol with Proxy mode. As LoadRunner acts as man-in-middle attack so i need to install (Putting in the trusted credentilas list) the certificate that LR uses (proxyroot.cer) on my mobile device. After downloading proxyroot.cer certificate it is not able to install on Mobile device, showing "No certificate to install" error (PFA for screenshot). This error persists while using LR 12.02, but while doing the same with LR12.01 and LR 11.52 certificate is installed successfully.
To my undersatnding proxyroot.cer certficate created by LR 12.02 is an invalid, not sure!!. Please help me on this.
I have attached both "proxyroot.cer" certfificate file generated on LR 12.02 and LR 12.01 on this post.

While installing HP_LoadRunner_12.02_Community_Edition_T7177-15059, I am getting
"Failed to open registry key, SOFTWARE\POLICIES\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\INSTALLER"
error. Tried by running as administrator also. Kindly help me by resolving this.
1. Downloaded 896MB HP_LoadRunner_12.02_Community_Edition_T7177-15059 file from HP site
2. Started running the exe file in the Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard(64bit) machine
3. File extraction happened properly
4. After the extraction getting the error window "HP Setup Wrapper" with the error message "Failed to open registry key, SOFTWARE\POLICIES\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\INSTALLER"

recently i found an issue as given below
i recorded the script and when replayed it was saying as HTTP Status-Code=400 (Bad Request) for "http://
i checked the error line the Request URL: recorded script has been saved in "http:// , but when i checked in chrome developers tool for the particular url request , it does not starts with HTTP request instead it starts with ws://
How to fix this issue , please help me.

I created Firefox TruClient script which works perfect in all 3 possible variations:
(VUgen, VUgen with Firefox and Controller)
But, when I check the Enable Profiling checkbox script stacked on Login transactions.
AUT is web application used GWT protocol.
Anybody has an idea why it happened?

Hi Team, We have a application in which we need to upload a ".xlsx" file. It is working acc to flow manually. When we are trying to automate it using load runner tool. script is getting fail with "File format should be in .xlsx format". Though file has been added to script is in .xlsx format itself.
can you provide any support to resolve this issue.

I'm having some troubles with a MS-SQL protocol recording in Vugen 11.0.
I'm recording a 32bit application named "cobis" and when i past it throught protocol advisor, MS-SQL is selected, the data base is sysbase, so i try to record the application and the events come out, but the fact is when i execute the replay button to check it. This error comes out:

I have load test results contaminated with Error -27764.
LR runs scenario containing web users.
E. g.: Action.c(6): Error -27764: Request "https://domainname.com/pagepath/pagename.do" failed [MsgId: MERR-27764]
I couldn't find any information on this error. Could you please help me to understand the root cause and how to fix it?

When I hit 'login' on my site a java applet is invoked, which brings up a list of certificates (from which I must pick one), enter a corresponding keystore password, and proceed to submit my login details.
I've noted that the LoginMacroRecorder uses a firefox installation called 'browser.exe' located on my machine in C:\Program Files\HP\HP WebInspect\browser directory.
If i launch browser.exe manually, Java Platform SE 8 U45... is enabled (Always Activate).
However when the browser.exe gets launched from LoginMacroRecorder, this add-on 'Java Platform SE 8 U45' is disabled. I can open another tab, and enable the add-on, but this step is not truly reflected in the recorded macro. I guess play back at this time only works as I have the add-on enabled within that session.
Is there any workaround. I see some posts that mention using proxy and manual step more. Any ideas anyone? Is there any way we can enable Java within the Login Macro Recorder?

In application code after loggoff browser will be closed as well. therefore, TruClient after loggoff in first iteration will stop.
increasing pacing time and add logoff step in the Vugen’s End(), didnt help to address this issue.
Is there any way, if application close browser, TruClient script doesnt stop working and start new iteration?
With IE, you can Shift/Right click to launch it as a different user.
Is it possible to do record a script using Vugen 12 HTTP/HTML where IE can be launched and recorded as a different user? I'm not seeing anything in the Recording settings.
I thought maybe this might be possible by creating a .bat file and recording it as an application but not sure if this is the desirable approach or feasible.
