I have a hp 7600 dc with a pendium d 915 .my preveous graphic card nvidia geforce 6800 gt was working fine in both windows xp and 7 .now i have just bought a new quadro 2000 which is working fine in windows xp but when i install windows 7 or 8 and install drivers of my gpu. They dont work
when i go to device maneger in description of my grapiic driver there is following statement
"Your computer's system firmware does not include enough information to properly configure and use this device. To use this device, contact your computer manufacturer to obtain a firmware or bios update. (Code 35)"
I have alredy updated the latest bios v1.61
what should i do.

Hi,

I try to record a Siebel application running in a Thin Clientl, with IE8 in the thin client. I start it as a windows application, because it is an exe...only there is no code recorded, it looks like LR can not 'see' inside the thin client. I tried Socket or WinInet recording and such settings, but that does not change a thing. Did anybody recently record a thin client with LR 12? I was using the HTTP protocol.

We use a thin client, because all machines here also have IE11 installed for other applications. So I HAVE to use the thin client, our Siebel version does not work on IE!!

Hi,

I am using Loadrunner 12.02 to test sharepoint 2013 application.

I am receiving web_custom_request("processQuery",......);

The body parameter for this function contains xml request and the URL parameter inside this body paramater contains a query string like url=/_api/search/query?querytext='owstaxIdOn'........

I am not able to correlate data which is present in this URL.

Can DFE be used in this situation?

If yes, How?

If no, what other methods can be used?

Error occurs for { as it is also used as Parameter delimiter which I do not want to change.

I am reposting this question as I didn't obtain an answer in the post I asked the question in on 7/17/2015. To be fair, it was a tag-along question with a similar issue that "rwangnet" entered on 9/25/2014.

Here is the issue:

When attempting to run LR Controller V12.02, a dialog box pops up that states "There is no valid license" and "To renew your license(s), contact HP Software's Customer Support." as shown below. If anyone has information on this, please respond here. Thank you!

Hey Guys,

Hi My name is Bhaskar and very new this community. I have a below problem. Hope experts will solve it.

I have one desktop standalone application developed in C#.net, which connects to SQL and Oracle. So I would like to perform GUI timings and query Execution timings using loadrunner. When ever I try to record using loadrunner with protocols [COM and Winsockets] i am able to see some recording is happeining but no code is generated.

I have tried with different protocols and different combination of protocols.. but no Luck..

Hello!

I try to test Ajax application with TrueClient-Firefox protocol. The same application uses the WebSocket protocol and I wish to log its messages for debug.

I enabled all possible logs: TC.setLogLevel("Extended",{ log_http : true, log_AUT: true, log_parameters: true});

it gives only WebSocket HTTP handshake in log but not the protocol messages.

Is it possible to log WebSocket messages in TrueClient solution?

Hi All, I'm using LR Vugen 12.01 tool to record an application in HTTP/HTML protocol. We have IE upgraded to 11.0 version now, when I try to record using 11.0 I'm getting the message saying 'webpage can't be displayed'. Any specific settings we need to do for recording using 12.01 with IE11? Earlier I was able to record with IE 8 version without any issues. Please let me know the solution. Thanks in advance.

I have VuGen 12.01 and cannot run even the simplest java script. If I add a new script of type Java Vuser, I can compile it but running it fails with a popup that says "An error occurred." Additionally, the VuGen log contains this:

If I purposefully make a syntax mistake, I get a compiler error. With no syntax error, I get "an error has occurred."

Running as administrator doesn't make any difference.

I am using loadrunner (12.01) to test our application API ,with 100 concurrent users (Vusers = 100) and provided 900,00 value to the parameter file. But while running a 30min test , I am getting the error that "test aborted due to lack of parameters". When I checked our application log, I can see,some of the member Ids in the file (parameterized in script) are not used at all and some of them are used multiple times. Our requirement is to test the api with unique values in each and every transactions. Please help me on this. The scenario parameters are as follows: VuGen Script contains my request to the API, with 2 parameterized components. i.e member IDs and date. Member IDs 900,000 values supplied in the file. Settings : a. Select next row: Unique b. Update value on: Each Iteration c. When out of values: Abort user d. Allocate 1000 values to each Vuser e. No. of Vuser (goal scenario) = 100 f. Load generators = 2 g. Test run time = 15mins Load Runner version = 12.01

Hello All,

I have few issues in AJAX Truclient.

Question 1:We have requirement in AJAX Truclient scripting like there are random number of checkboxes, where we have to select the In-stock product and move further. But the In-stock checkboxes vary with different users.

I know how to handle this with web(HTTP/HTML) protocol, here we are using AJAX Truclient protocol. so can anyone help me how to handle this.

Question 2: Selecting a radio button randomly, below is the XPath

i found one thing about the VUD license. after UVD licenses are expired, we cannot open the controller even the Community licneses are still valid. is it designed or be one issue? issue happened on customer's two machines with LR12.02.

I am looking at upgrading from LR11 to LR12.02 and was wondering if LR12.02 is compatible with Sitescope 11.20 and Diagnostics 9.20. The compatibility matrices show it as being compatible with newer versions but for various reasons I need to stay on the older versions for the moment.

Has anyone used this set up?

Hello,

I created a script login to an application, naviage to certain pages and then log out. The replay ran successfully. I ran that script with 10, 50 ,200 users in the COntroller and that was success as well. I even generated reports showing the test were successfull.

Here is the issue. When I log into the application and check the Usage log. there are no entries of the 10 users loging in and out.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions

I logged on to the HP MyAccount portal to download additional LR v12.02 components but found LR version number is now v12.50. I found no information about this latest update. Can anyone share the release note? It would take too long to download the entire package just to read the release note.

Java Script Error - while recording with Truclient FF and TruClient IE

1 ) When I am trying to record Truclient Script with Firefox following java script error is displayed in Firebug console.

Error: ActiveXObject is not defined --in Audit.JS Line 12.
when I looked at line 12 in Audit.JS --following code is present.
var xmlObj = new ActiveXObject("Microsoft.XmlDom") ;

So I am guessing above error is due to Microsoft xml dom object is not compatible with firefox. Please correct me If I am wrong.

2) When same script recorded with Truclient IE, I am getting following error in IE console.

Error: (Code=0) Object doesn't support property or method 'Open';
Line: 27; Character: 5; Audit.JS
When I looked at Audit.JS, following code is present.

I have an issue in capturing dynamic values of VIEWSTATE and JSESSION in JSF framework. The session is changing after 2 requests and Load Runner 12 cannot able to capture these dynamic sessions.

Can you please let me know Knowledge base links if at all this is faced by anyone and got it resolved!!!!

As we tried in browser we don't see any issues.
