Error "Launch RecordOption Dialog Error"

Hello,

When trying to access the record options in the VUGen, I'm getting the error "Launch RecordOption Dialog Error" and the application freezes.

I have already tried uninstalling and installing LoadRunner again several times but the issue remains.

Does anyone know how this can be fixed?
