Recording modes - Web(HTTP/HTML) protocol

There are 3 different recording modes for Web Protocol:

1. HTML-based script - A script describing user actions
2. HTML-based script - A script containing explicit URLs only
3. URL-based script

What is the difference between 2 and 3?
