Performance Center fails during Initializing at download scripts

I created a performance scenario with 5 scripts. 

All of those run without issues in VUGen. 

However, recently we are unable to execute the scenario in Performance Center. 

It fails while initializing the script at downloading the scripts step .....

While the QC log says the below message which doesnt give us any clue...
