Java Vuser failed to initialize

Hi

I am using LoadRunner 11.5 and running windows application scripts using java vuser. 

I am facing an issue with java vusers are stuck and then timeout in replay.

Problem Source: I started a scenario in controller and stopped it by mistake when all vusers were in Init. Since then no script with this protocol is workin
