Performance Testing of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 App with HP LoadRunner Tool

Hi all,
How to do LR scripting for MDynamics CRM ? if so,
> what is the protocol used to record the CRM using third party tool Insight Dev (.exe) Application?
> Is there any materials available for LR scripting to do feasibility study?
> Is there any other alternate tool available to do the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 performance testing (except CRM Performance Toolkit)?

P.S - I tried with LR - Web(HTTP/HTML) Windows mode, Winsocket Protocols but in vain, couldn't get the possible outcome (no events recorded/Vugen crashed).
