DevOps Vuser option is not comming with Load Runner at Eclipse for running Selenium

Hello,

I am trying to install HP Load Runner at Eclipse in order to run Selenium.

My selenium is running well directly at Eclipse.

LR was successfully installed, and runned "eclipse.exe -clean", however, the sub menu of "DevOps Vuser" is not expanded.

So, I can see "Run Vuser" and "Launch controller" under "DevOps Vuser", but I cannot see the sub menu of "Run Vuser" and "Launch controller" respectively.

And "Add LoadRunner API Reference..." menu is deactivated.

My environment is :

    Windows 7 64 bit

    Eclipse Luna(4.4) 32 bit

    JDK 1.8 32 bit

    HP Load Runner 12.02
