Hi Experts,
I need your advice about the script created using Web(http/html) protocol in VuGEN 11.03. The script does simple login/logout from a Remedy homepage, it check for a text "Incident" on the homepage.
The issue is that it is passing on one BPM and failing on the other one. What can be the possibilities for this issue?
I thought of few option to troubleshoot but none of the possibility exists in the system.
1) BPM is not having any issue. Both the BPMs are same in configuration have verion 9.03.
2) There is no port issue.
3) URL is accessible from all the BPM locations.
4) Script does not contain anything specific to machice/IP Address etc..
5) Username/Password are same for both BPM locations.
6) There is no issue on the correlation side. I have done the required ones.
7) Content returned from Website is same for both locations.
Please suggest for other more possibilities which I need to try to troubleshoot this issue.
