problem with bitmap synchronize

Hi All,

I am using  Loadrunner 12.5 version and citrix version 7.5.we installed Loadrunner and citrix are in different systems.

Now we have  recorded script with citrix protocol . but rerun the script we are facing bitmap synchronize  problem. At time of bitmap synchronize  problem one popup will come and press the continue the script is working fine. So my query is any option is there for removing bitmap synchronize  problem at rerun the script.
