Server shut connection during attempt to negotiate SSL session

Hi I am getting this error.My application doesn't use SSL but TLS version 1.2.In the Port Mapping Option-> I selected Socket Layer Data and TLS 1.2.Is it correct or I need to use WinInet.Can you throw some light why I am getting this error.

The application is using certificates.Installed certificates too in I.E browser.
