Cannot record using web http/html and citrix multi protocol in load runner 12

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement to monitor citrix application that can be accessed first via web application. But when i tried to record the script, I'm being prompted that an installation of citrix is needed to record it despite the fact that a citrix client is already installed in the server.

We have:

VuGen 12.02 Build 2739

Citrix Receiver 4.4.0.8014
