AjaxTrueClient - IE Windows Security Popup

Hello,

I'm trying to record an ajax based application in Trueclient IE browser and the moment I try to launch the application url, Seeing "Windows Security" pop-up. This pop-up is not allowing to proceed further. 

Tried giving companies domain creds but still the pop-up recurrs agains. Can someone advise how to get rid of pop-up.
