How to setup Terminal Services

Hello Expert.

We are running SAP GUI Vuser and trying to open Terminal services on LG machines. 

I was looking at the below link and i am not sure on step2 mentioned in below link.

Can you please explain on how to set up the Terminal services on LG machines and any pre steps need to be followed in order to enable TS ?
