We have a requirement to get TTFB for all transactions simulated from Load runner. Is it possible to run load test with 100% offline diagnostics to get TTFB for all transactions?. Max sampling is set to 10%. Is it possible to change the sampling max limit and get Time to first buffer (TTFB) for all web requests fired from load runner?
