I have VuGen 12.02 installed on a Windows 7 platform and using IE 11. I have certain users (two specifically) who cannot record a Web/HTML protocol script. The browser opens at the start of recording but the page does not load. The particular users can open the web page using IE 11 stand alone. All other users can record without an issue. The unit where VuGen is installed is a virtual machine used via remote for all said users. We RDC into the unit, open VuGen and record as usual.
Once again this is only for two specific users, the rest have no issues remoting in and using the instance. If anyone has come across this please email me at rseiler@unum.com
