We have the requirement to load test the FICO Debit Manager (DM9) application but we are unable to record any event starting happening in DM9. It is a Java based application. We hit the URL in the browser and it launches a desktop application.
Using VuGen 12.53 and different versions of browser, java and vaniala version of DM9 but no script is generated.
Tried with following protocols:
1. Web HTTP/HTML
2. Windows Sockets
3. Java over HTTP
4. Java Record Replay
5. Web HTTP/HTML and Winsock
We are able to record using RDP which has its own limitations and the requirement is 300 concurrent users to login and do the activities.
Any suggestion or help would be highly appreciated.
