In my organization we are upgrading to ZBook G3 laptops from Z600 workstation, the problem is we are using exactly the same Image which contains the loadrunner, all the laptops the team gotVugen is not able to record in IE, I repeat, workstation and laptop has same image, same windows version, same loadrunner version, same IE version, all same, and are connected to the same network, but Vugen works fine with the same configuration in workstation but doesn't work in the ZBook G3 laptops.
We even reformat one workstation and laptop at the same time and have the same error in the laptop.
Any advice?
And not, I am not new in LoadRunner, I have 10 year experience using this tool, so I know the configurations and intallation procedures.
Vugen opens the explorer, but doesn't increment the count of events.
I am using WinlNet level data, no proxy, HTML-based script in the recording settings in both, laptop and desktop machines.
