Before getting into my issue, let me tell you some functionality of my application.Upon Login... users are associated with level(country) and locations. Each level may consists of 'N' no.of Sub levels and locations for level.
coming to my issue...
We have recorded an login script of our application, upon clicking 'Login' button it redirects to home page.
And upon parameterising the URL, UserName and Password and with different environment details and re-run the script. I am getting the below error at login step/transaction.
"Error -26612: HTTP Status-Code=500 (Internal Server Error) for "https://XXXXXXX/AspSessions.asp?User_ID=14055&Level_ID=11270&Location_ID=11683&Language=English""
The problem is.. in my recorded script the above mentioned url details is not displayed in login transcation/Step so that i can parameterise and pass the Userid,Level id & Location ID of user login.
It displays only on running the script or on Playback.
As the above error producing url is not displayed in my login script, by whcih am unable to parameterise it.. how to fix this issues as i need to run the script for different url having user credentials.
Please let me know how to move on this.
Can we run the scripts which are recorded in one environment(https://Prod.qualitytest.com) and rerun on another environment(https://reg.qualitytest.com) by URL parameterising or context parameterising?
