Load Test on SAP Success factors and FeildGlass

Hi Folks,

Does it possible to do Performance testing on below applications?

1. OIM (Oracle Identity Manager)
2. SAP success factors
3. SAP FeildGlass

If yes do you have any best practices and recommendations documents.  Appreciated your help!!!
