Reg:Truclient IE,Firefox Authentication popup recording issue

Hi Team,

While recording the app through Truclient Firefox  Certification exceptions are recording as "click Event  on Add Exception " in Interactive mode. After that Authentication Dialog box will open there need to provide credentials.

Script is getting recorded but Replay is getting failed in first step where it is looking for 'click Event  on Add Exception' object. 

And when working the same with Truclient IE, not even such Authentication required popup is getting recorded. 

Please suggest any config/settings to change . Current Env is LR11.52, IE -10, Firefox-20.0.1.
