LoadRunner not recording ctrx_obj_mouse_click() after installing citrix agent on XenApp server

Hi,

I am using LoadRunner v12 and Citrix XenApp 6.5 on windows 2008 R2 server. I have installed LoadRunner Citrix Agent on XenApp server and it installed successfully, but when I record in LR by giving .ica file in recording settings and I don't see any ctrx_obj_mouse_click(), text sync functions in my script.

Can you please advice what could went wrong on XenApp server? as I installed it correctly and I can see citrix agent in installed program list as well. I am also attaching .ica file.
