parameterize userid to update multiple inputs

Hello,

I have 2 users, and 10 records. each user has to update 5 records and it should update the same set of records for certain duration.

Is there any option to parameterize single user to update multiple records? i have a file with inputs, but confused with parameterization settings.

Also, how to set that user to update these set of records one by one repeatedly for certain duration?
