I have a question, lately our Organization have made few big decisions from the architect point of view as moving away from Citrix xenapp to VMware Horizon VDI and RDSH. I would like to know if HP LoadRunner 12.50 can support this flatform? If so, please show me the path towards it.

As part of our cloud testing we are in the process to use HP Perf center/HP load runner to generate larger frames of data. Can HP perf center can perform this. We are using 9000 MTU Value. Let me know in case any additional information required.

I have developed a script in loadrunner 12.53, Web Protocol (IE). After the test completes in controller, It export the report in excel format.
But in 1 script I am having issue. I am doing test with 24 users. The test gets completed and the report is exported in excel but the report contain 26 or 27 users. When I open the result, Pop-up comes with message "Complete Analysis data is now available. You can view the data now or generate the complete data again later. Do you want to view data now?" When I click "Yes" button. I got the correct result with 24 users.
Can anyone help me with this?

I'm trying to load test on an application based on Microsoft Dynamics AX. It uses the thick client and doesn't have any support for the thin client.
The environment is not ready yet so I haven't had a chance to test it out.
Do you know which protocol would be best to use?
Do you know which protocol the thick clent uses to interact with the server? (According to this link it is DCE/RPC)

I am unable to record the script with IE in truclient web protocol, getting error as,
Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://XXXXX.comagain. If this error persists, contact your site administrator
Manually I am able to open the application with IE, but when I click Record on the Develop script with IE option getting this error and it is working fine with Firefox.

I have seen this posted before but has never properly been answered.
I have been trying to record a microsoft dynamics ax application which is using a rich client.
I have managed to open the application using the RDP protocol. I couldn't get this working at first but found I had to add a config file as a program argument.
The application opens and the step counter increases (as if all is recording correctly). However once it generates the script, nothing is left in the action; it is just blank.
Am I using the right protocol? Is there anything else that can be done?

We are trying to build a script for webservice which required wsse:security element appended in the actual request. We have used the web_service_set_security() fucnction to create the wsse:security element, however the generated element is different from the actual one(working in SOAP UI). Hence we are getting Security failed error. wsse:Nonce encoding type is missing in LR. Please suggest how to recreate the below wsse:security tag using web_service_set_security() .

(LR 12.53 Patch 2 / TruClient (FF) / Win 7 SP1)
I'm trying to test the scalability of a new LR load generator (20 cores, 96GB memory) with a scenario running a single FF TC script with 200 Vusers (load generators Vuser initialization quota set to 1):
While running this scenario the initialization of Vusers always stops after 82 Vusers and then the controller reports a timeout for the rest of the Vusers (the load generator has plenty of unused cpus and memory left despite of running 82 idle Firefox instances):
Now I'm wondering how to diagnose this issue?
Are there any limitations (other than memory and cpu) on the maximum number of TC Vusers supported by a single load generator?

VUGen Protocol: Web HTTP/HTML (using LR DB functions to work with the DB)
We have a requirement in one of our projects as mentioned below:
We are inserting data into the DB with ~300 rows and each row with 5 columns of data (one parameter file with all input data formatted as a Table). Number of VUsers are 3. When the script is run in Controller, the VUsers should pick the data from the parameter file as follows,
1st VUser -> 1st row
2nd VUser -> 2nd row
3rd VUser -> 3rd row
and in the next iteration,
1st VUser -> 4th row
2nd VUser -> 5th row
3rd VUser -> 6th row and so on.
With this requirement, please let me know the correct parameter setting and/or any other VUGen C function(s) I can use to achieve this. Am free to set the scenario setting as per the requirement.

I am attempting to record a script that involves logging into a cloud-based, hosted solution. After I log in there, I can access the test version of our web application. I log in to the web application and then click a button, and then log out. I'm getting a warning that says that GWT content has been identified and to consider using GWT DFE. I've researched it some, but apparently you need to have access to the .war file for the website, which resides on the server. I don't believe I can get access to the .war file.
My question is, can I still create and run a script to do what I need to do in this situation? Is GWT DFE necessary?

My testcase is I need to execute a TruClient script in different locations like Munich, Sydney, Princeton etc.
I will logon each location with a different username say for Munich - MUC - Bindu, Sydney - ASIA -Bindu etc
I want to retrieve the logged on username through script. My point is when I execute script, the results should be Logged in USer - MUC - Bindu.
Please let me know how it should be implemented.

Geeting below error when trying to replay the script after load test in Ajax Tru client protocol.
Started test by clicking on Run button, buitton was activated and nothing is showing on output window.When I stopped the below error is throwing. FYI..I killed all mdrv process in the controller machine and still facing the issue

I've configured LoadRunner to run Vusers on a Load Generator machine without the need to manually log on to the machine using the 'Agent Runtime Settings Configuration' and selecting 'Allow virtual users to run on this machine without user login'. When doing this i need to enter specific credentials. These credentials will be used by the Agent service to start the mdrv.exe process when running the script.
I'm looking for a way to automatically update these credentials. Cause I have multiple loadgenerator machines and need to update these credentials periodicaly.
Any ideas how to accomplish this?

I have recorded a script for an application using web HTTP/HTML protocol .Script was to upload a zipped file.
But during the replay time pop up window for the package upload doesnot appear.
