HP Performance center: Failed to collect statistics from Controller - internal error

Hi All,

While running the test execution in the HP Performance center,test is going to stopping state in the middle of the execution. By encountering the following the error meassge

Failed to collect statistics from Controller, internal error: 'Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID failed due to the following error: 80010100

Note: Unable to collate the test results.

Please share the solution and recommandations if you have any.
