Problems with recording scripts in Loadrunner 12.01

Hi, 

I have a fresh install of loadrunner 12.01 on my server running Windows server 2008 enterprise (6.0.6002 SP2)

When I open VUgen and try to record a HTTP script (as per the product demo) I get a series of four errors:

"Could not load api_inspector.dll."

"Cannot initialize the "multi" inspector."

"Cannot initialize the "api_inspector.dll" inspector."

"Initialize recorder failed"

Does anyone know what is causing this or how I can fix it to record scripts?
