InLR 12.53, Exception was raised when calling per-process-init function in extension lr_socks.dll

Hi,

I am using LoadRunner 12.53, each LR script is working fine in LR user generator, but in LR controller there are error as blow:

"Error: Exception was raised when calling per-process-init function in extension lr_socks.dll: System Exceptions: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION".

Could you please help?
