No through put although there are hits per second and response from the server..................WHY?

Hi All,

I have run my first scenario on web tour application, but after using the analysis tool,  I have noticed that at the time there are hits on the server there are no throughput and vice versa-you can see that on the period from 20 -25 Second and from 25-30 second-. I do not Know why? Please, I am waiting your answer as soon as possible
