I'm using loadrunner 12.01 to record the truclient script which works fine locally for multiple iterations but nothing happens when I try to run from PC (PFA). It was working fine before but recently HP added a patch - LG software upgrades ( LRLG_00087 and LRLG_05000 ) after which firefox scripts stopped working where as IE scripts works fine. Looking for some directions to try and resolve the issue.

I'm running a ajax truclient script in controller with 10 users and each user should run for 20 iterations (total 200 iterations) but the script runs for only 32 iterations without errors and stops after that. Controller displays that the users are still running and the time elapsed keep on increasing. I looked at the logs but it stops at certain place and does not go beyond. Please help.
When i launch the oracle forms 11g normally in IE 11, JRE 1.8_66 - It launches as expected and i am able to login.
But i am recording it with LR 11.52, using Oracle Web App 11i protocol, the forms are not launched and stuck on attached error. As this is customer provided system i can't disable the mentioned settings in IE.
Can i get some help please.

trying to connect a vts running with ssl active ("useSSL":true; in configure.json) iI always get the following error message:
Request:
pvci = vtc_connect(vts_name, vts_port, VTOPT_KEEP_ALIVE );
Response:
Error: vtc_connect: Failed to connect server. Please check the server name, port number, network connectivity or whether server above 11.52 version is started.
The VTS version is 12.53. I can access the GUI with https://<ServerName>:<ServerPort> in web browser (IE).
Some ideas?

I am working on a web page that is sending an access token similar to that used by Facebook. I'm a novice and haven't come across a post addressing how to capture the token and could use a little help. I need to capture the token generated during authenticate an place it in a parameter. I will then need to pass the token in the web header when requesting additional pages. The content type is json and looks as such:

We use UFT for automating RESTful web services, and then integrate those scripts with Loadrunner to performance test the service. We're now looking at trying to integrate Loadrunner with AppDynamics to give us more visibility to performance issues, and wonder if anyone has had success with getting the 3 tools to play nice. To get Loadrunner to work with AppDynmamics one of things you have to do is set a header in the Loadrunner script so AppDynamics picks it up. Is this possible when using a UFT script in Loadrunner? Any help/advice/experience would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using LR Web HTTP protocol for years for our application. I wanted to start using TrueClient because of it's scripting simplicity. But the response time I am getting with TrueClient is much higher than HTTP protocol. For example, average sigin-lin response time in HTTP is 2 sec where TrueClient would be 10 sec - keeping the same environment and conditions. Why it's different in TrueClient? Is it my configuration or that's the way TrueClient works?
I would appreciate your experienced opinion with explanation.

I'm not getting the "Replace Parameter" highlighted and I couldn't able to replace the the parameter even after selecting the parameter value and hitting right click. Can any one help on this. I'm using V 12.5 (Trail Version).

I know this sounds mad, but I'm wondering if at runtime, I can make an exception for http 404' so that they don't appear in the error count/log in the controller?
I basically want my http 404s to not throw an error because it's replaying production logs and 404s aren't in scope for this test.

The Java application Tru Client script is working fine for single user in developers mode. But executing in controller for 2 different users, I am getting an error message "Target object could not be found".(Able to run the script till both users logged in)

Below are the workaround i did in scripting which is not resolving the issue.
1)Select each object argument as "JS" instead of Automatic,
2)Given "Verify" for all the steps and checked the same in developer mode.
3)Added "Wait" of 10 sec between each page or transation.
4)Increased the "Step timeout" and "Object timeout" to 100 or 999 sec in each step and also in verify step as well
When i execute with above settings , I am getting Verify Step "Object could not be found" in Controller, By seeing the application snapshot at runtime. It was in the previous page But not moved to next page which is causing the Verify function failed. please let me know whether there is any setting i need to do apart from the above settings to resolve this error..
Additional Info: Manually , the application launch itself taking nearly 10 sec or more

Hi,
I could download the community edition version12.53. When I go to install by clicking 'setup', is shows message:
It shows a pre-requisite is needed(details is screenshot). When I click to say ok, it should go to install that missing one as per the manual. It displays message "Unable to install pre-requisite KB2999226". (Screenshot)
I went to microsoft and doanloaded this needed one and installed, but no use. It says, it's not needed for this windows.
WHat's going on? anyone came across this issue before? Please help asap!
