Hi,
a few days ago I can't import external monitors on LoadRunner Analysis. I do as always, on toolbar select Tools > External Monitors > Import Data...
After I click on 'Import data...' nothing happens, is just like the menu item doesn't works.
Just now I'm using 11.52 version, but I tried to reinstall it, move to version 12.02 and the problem remains.
Is there any solution or way that can I follow to be able to import External Monitors again?

Hi . I understand the 90the Percentile from load runner but i have a situation where i need to just remove top 10 % of the transactions by response time and then from the remaining 90% of the transactions, i need to retrieve the 90th percentile. How can i remvoe the top 10 % transactions and then calculate the 90th percentile from remaining?

I am trying to upgrade and/or install HP Load Runner as needed.
I am using the version 12.02
The batch file I am distributing through SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager 2007) is as follow:

it runs forever (over 2 hours for sure before it crashed for timing out!!!) and nothing seems happening!!!!!
The version pushed (HP_LoadRunner_12.02_Community_Edition_T7177-15059.exe) is 32 bits, the client is 64 bits is it normal? is there a 64 bits version?
I was trying to run the installation manually and a BIG!!! prerequisite lists pops up even this machine was having HP Load Runner 10.0.0... were these prerequisites not requested before ?
Any clue?

I am trying to use the Virtual User Generator for the first time. I want to record a script for SAP transactions. Unfortuntely, the online help information of the SAP protocol seems to be missing, the only information provided is about SAP parameters to set and using modal windows for F1 and F4 (see attached screen shot). There are no instructions about how to record scripts, and the details about how to add additional transactions to a script, etc.,etc.. What seems like the obvious waysto do these things do not seem to work correctly, so I was looking for additional documenation specifically on using the SAP GUI protocol

Hi, wondering if there is a known option/workaround to this issue. We are using VUGEN 12.02 and IE is 10.00. I guess the obvious is the returned message is asking for newer version of IE but the site loads fine from the machine that VUGEN is installed on and to state obvious we are using IE 10.00 browser.
I have successfully implemented this fix for 12.02 but cannot find a reference to a permanent fix within any subsequent patches. Can this be confirmed resovled in later version? Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately can not see any replay snapshots in VUgen Tree View after script replays (recording ones are OK). At the same time these shapshots are collected at "result" subdirectories of my script. So why they aren't displayed? The effect is taking place just for some machines and everything is working fine for others. So how could I fix this issue? Is it fixable, in general, or LR re-installation is required?

I am trying to test a portal secured by Siteminder. I keep getting an error stating the client is unable to connect to the Siteminder server - 1st error message associated with transaction "Login" is "Error -27776: SSL protocol error when attempting to connect with host "......"
When I record the scripts, I do not see the Siteminder server recorded anywhere. Do I need to configure something in loadrunner such as a proxy etc?
To begin with, is Loadrunner compatible with Siteminder??

Hi,
I am unable to record my script after my web application deployed in Azure and active directory enabled on same.
After log in, I am getting blank page, so there is nothing to record further.
(Withour activer directory, i had recorded my scripts and ran in PC successfully, but after implementation of AD, I am even not able to see my home page. All the menu options got disappeared) . Also in log it is showing error for SSL "Problem with SSL certificate"
Can anyone please help on this.

}This is a Documentum (Webtop) script, in Vugen runs perfect, however when i try to run the script in the LR Controller, the Action block doesn't run. No error messages, the transaction where the setUID function runs, just stops, same story with the Action, stops without errors.
I ran out of ideas, what could be the problem?.

I have recorded web script using HTTP/HTML protocol. The business process includes uploading multiple documents. There was no issue recording the script. I have placed the document/files in the script folder.
However during replay, it gives errror "Warning -26490: File name in a multipart submit is missing or empty. Using an empty file".
Any advise or inputs will be appreciated.

I am using Loadrunner 12.02 (TruClient) and VTS.
I am having a problem with (the import or export option of) VTS.
Let me explain.
In VTS, I start with just 2 colums, both with different rows, like this (ascii art! :-)) :
colors | sizes

[5] | gigantic
---------------------------------
In VTS the two rows below purple are gray.
When I export this table and import it again, the two rows below 'purple' are white, indicating these cells are not empty!
The causes problems with TC.vtcColumnSize() and TC.vtcAddCell() and possibly other functions as well.
(TC.vtcColumnSize() returns 5 (not 3) for the 'colors'-column, and TC.vtcAddCell() adds data in row 6, not 4)
Am I doing something wrong? Or..?
If this is an 'unsolveable' bug in VTS, I see one options that I can do myself, but is not desireable: clean the table after the input by deleting the 'empy' cells from the columns.
